Kinetics - My Blue Heaven

Friday, July 16, 2010
Hi guys! How are you all doing? Today I'll be showing you a polish from Kinetics. I've tried Kinetics before and was really happy with the formula so I got only more excited when trying this one.

Kinetics My Blue Heaven

My Blue Heaven is a dusty medium blue creme and it's already one of my favourites. Who can resist a polish like this?! The formula didn't disappoint me either: it went on very smooth and after two coats it was opaque. Normally I don't grab two (or more) coaters when I'm in a hurry but I think I'll grab this one for sure.

This polish was sent to me for a review by Alice & Jo's, a Dutch web shop that sells Kinetics for €5,79. They ship internationally and if you have any questions you can always contact them. They also carry other brands such as Art de Lautrec and Sleek so it's definitely worth of having a peek.

Have a great day!

It's such a beautiful and awesome blue color, plus I love trying new brands of polishes. Never seen Kinetics and your nails are so gorgoeus looking, I would love to see this color shade when I paint my toenails, LOL

Thanks again Michelle, Kinetics...Oh, it might be hard to get in the USA, although I will check out their web site first. Another question:I have seen other nail polish web bloggers post their swatches and your cuticles are always perfect. How do you get that perfect line all the way around your finger nail? Would that be possible for my toenails too?

Yes, Michele-thank you for your replies, they are very helpful. .BTW-What are your favorite brands of nail polish? (Mine are OPI. BB Couture, Barielle, Diamond, and Dior, LOL.) Do you also paint your toenails or do you concentrate more on your fingernails for your web blog?

Your so sweet to share your comments. I haven't painted my toenails in quite awhile, and usually then polish lasts longer than a week or two. I like the same brands. OPI, Zoya, (there are so many shades i would love to get...) Ciate' never heard of, but will have to check out their web site. Diamond Cosmetics...I have a few especially, "Don't Teal on Me." The special teal color for the "teal Toes," campaign. Have you heard about this one? "Teal Toes," is a special cause for raising awareness for Ovarian Cancer. The brilliant mind of Carey Fitzmaurice, the founder, has a web site and a face book page devoted to "Teal Toes." The idea is for woman (and men) to paint their toes a "teal color," and when people ask why their toenails are painted teal, you would respond , "to help raise awareness for the "silent whisper killer," among woman Ovarian Cancer. http://www.tealtoes.org/ and face book http://www.facebook.com/tealtoes

Did I already mention this before? Anyway, President Obama has declared September 2009 and 2010 as Ovarian Cancer Awareness month and the first Friday in September as, "teal Day," where everyone is supposed to wear the color "teal" to help raise awareness for "ovarian Cancer." Diamond cosmetics is donating monies from the sale of their "don't Teal on Me" nail polish to Ovarian Cancer research. They even have the polish with a cute "teal colored ribbon on the bottle cap, LOL
